目的检查人体感染牙周组织中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的存在情况,探讨幽门螺杆菌与牙周病病变的相关性,从微生物学角度探讨牙周炎与幽门螺杆菌的相互作用机制及幽门螺杆菌的传播途径。方法本实验分为5组,共计158例标本,以幽门螺杆菌为目标菌,应用以16 SrRNA为基础的聚合酶链(PCR)技术和Hp快速诊断试剂盒两种方法检测不同病情下牙周组织中Hp的存在情况。结果经χ2检验正常牙组与正常牙周牙髓炎组间Hp检出率无明显差异,而正常牙体牙周组,牙体炎症正常牙周组,正常牙体牙周炎症组,牙体牙周联合病变组,单纯龈下牙石组Hp检出率差异均有统计学意义。结论发现在人的感染牙周组织中存在Hp,表明Hp感染与牙周炎有直接的关系,其存在可能与口腔环境适宜Hp聚集和生长,口腔Hp不易清除等原因有关。
Objective To investigate the presence of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in periodontal tissues infected by human body and to explore the correlation between Helicobacter pylori and periodontal disease. Conclusion Hp was found in the human periodontal tissue, indicating that Hp infection is directly related to periodontitis. The existence of Hp may be related to the suitable oral environment for Hp aggregation and growth, and the oral Hp is not easy to remove.
