史蜀君,上海人。1939年6月26日生于重庆,1964年毕业于中央戏剧学院导演系,后任湖北省歌舞团歌剧导演。1975年起,史蜀君任上海电影制片广场记、副导演、导演,和张骏祥、谢晋、舒适等导演一起合作。主要作品有:《女大学生宿舍》、《失踪的女中学生》、《女大学生之死》、《燃烧的婚纱》、《夏日的期待》、《庭院深深》、《月艨胧,鸟朦胧》、《小娇妻》等。其中《女大学生宿舍》曾获文化部优秀影片二等奖、第二十四届卡罗维·发利电影节导演处女作比赛奖,1987年获《中国电影时报》新时期十年电影奖最佳处女作导演奖。
