The planar shape of the kimberlite tubular diamond ore body is approximately elliptical with a planar dimension of 900 × 450 m. The tubular ore body is intersected by a nearly 75-m-thick, younger gabbro at a depth of 370 m. In the southeastern part of the tubular ore body, the ore bodies below the gabbro are recovered from three large stopes. The stope is designed to be 80 meters wide, 65 to 80 meters high and 125 meters long. Pillar width 40 meters, 80 meters high.
