四铢半两钱铸行于西汉文帝前元五年至武帝元狩四年(前175~前119年)。笔者在收藏的汉四铢半两钱中,发现有少数钱面上铸有记号,这些记号钱多为穿上下竖划,还有少数星纹者。现选择一些面上有星纹记号钱简介如下:1.穿上星纹。此钱有肥粗外廓,穿孔方正,形制规整,钱文端庄粗重,笔画借外廓,十字“两”。其星纹较大,高挺居中。直径24毫米,穿宽7.8毫米,厚1.1毫米,重2.8克(图1)。
