随着法律的日臻完善以及人们对私人空间保护意识的提高,隐私权受到了前所未有的关注。当前,针对特定主体隐私权的研究,尤其是未成年人这一特殊群体的隐私权研究较为匮乏。为此,本文以美国未成年人隐私权保护为参照,首先介绍未成年人隐私权的特点和必要性,然后浅析中美两国在未成年人隐私权的法律保护方面的现状,最后就我国未成年人隐私权的保护提出观点和措施,以期引起人们对这一问题的了解和关注。
As laws are being perfected and people’s awareness of the protection of private space rises, privacy has received unprecedented attention. At present, the researches on the privacy of specific subjects, especially the special groups of minors, are scarce in their research on the right of privacy. For this reason, this article, taking the privacy protection of minors in the United States as a reference, firstly introduces the characteristics and necessity of privacy protection for minors, then analyzes the status quo of the legal protection of the privacy rights of minors between China and the United States. Finally, The protection of the privacy of minors in our country put forward the views and measures in order to arouse people’s understanding and concern about this issue.
