Prune belly综合征是一种少见的先天性发育异常。1895年由Parker首先报告,国外到1977年为止约报告200例。国内罕见。现将我院收治1例报道如下。病例摘要患儿男性,3天,住院号173249,第1胎,第1产,胎龄39周。因出生后发现胸腹畸形于1982年7月3日入院。父母非近亲婚配。母孕期健康,无服药史,无流产史。体检:体重2.9kg,身长50cm,头围35cm,胸围31cm。一般情况好,哭声响,面部外貌正常。两耳较大,右耳呈水平位,耳轮廓异

Prune belly syndrome is a rare congenital dysplasia. Parker first reported in 1895 and abroad until 1977, about 200 cases were reported. Domestic rare. Now in our hospital admitted 1 case reported as follows. Case Summary Male patients, 3 days, hospital number 173249, the first child, the first production, gestational age 39 weeks. Due to the discovery of thoracoabdominal deformity was admitted on July 3, 1982. Parents non-relatives marriage. Pregnancy during pregnancy, no medication history, no history of abortion. Physical examination: Weight 2.9kg, length 50cm, head circumference 35cm, chest 31cm. Generally good, crying sound, facial appearance is normal.
