目的研究夏枯草汤治疗老年高血压的疗效影响。方法选自2015年1月至2016年2月96例入院接受治疗的老年高血压患者,观察组和对照组平均每组48例,两组同时采用口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片,观察组再加入夏枯草汤,将两组的临床各项治疗进行对比研究。结果观察组的临床症状明显好于对照组,疗效总有效率为95.83%,明显优于对照组总有效率68.75,差异(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论采用夏枯草汤辅助治疗,可以缓解患者的不良反应,降低了患者的高血压,治疗总有效率得到了提高,可以在临床中推广和使用。
Objective To study the curative effect of Prunella Soup on senile hypertension. Methods From January 2015 to February 2016 96 cases of elderly patients admitted to hospital treatment of hypertension, the observation group and the control group, an average of 48 cases each group, both oral administration of amlodipine besylate tablets, the observation group and then Add Prunella soup, the two groups of clinical trials were compared. Results The clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The total effective rate was 95.83%. The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.75). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Prunella soup adjuvant therapy can relieve adverse reactions in patients, reduce the patient’s hypertension, the total effective rate has been improved, and can be used in clinical promotion.
