在冬小麦生育期降水量不少于140mm、上层厚度1m以上的无水浇条件地区,利用旱作栽培技术,即增施磷、钾和锌肥,发挥旗叶节以上绿色器官的光合能力,则可获得4950kg/hm2左右的籽粒产量,旱作栽培小麦植株各营养器官14C同化物对籽粒的贡献为83.73%,对照为75.31%;旱作栽培小麦旗叶节以上器官对籽粒的贡献为52.03%,对照为56.61%。旱作栽培小麦旗叶的脯氨酸含量及旗叶节以上各主要器官叶绿素含量均显著高于对照。
