1 病例简介患儿 ,男 ,4.5岁 ,二胎顺产 .出生后即发现前胸 ,后背皮肤有大量褐色斑 ,随年龄增大 ,2岁后会行走 ,步态不稳易摔跤 ,曾多次发生骨折。入院查体 :智力正常 ,左前胸、左肩、后背可见大片状咖啡样色素沉着 ,边缘呈锯齿状 ,无第二性征 ,上肢活动自如 ,下肢轻度“Ｏ”形
1 case description Children, male, 4.5 years old, second child delivery.After birth that chest, back skin with a large number of brown spots, with age, walking after 2 years of age, unstable gait wrestling, had more Fractures occurred. Admission examination: normal intelligence, left chest, left shoulder, back visible large sheet of coffee-like pigmentation, jagged edge, no secondary sexual characteristics, upper extremity activities freely, lower extremity mild “O” shape
