提出用计算软件求等效端淬距离的方法。首次提出了淬透性敏感区间的概念 ;计算机模拟了长圆棒一维和端淬试样二维的非线性瞬态温度场 ;以淬透性敏感区间内的冷却时间相同为冷速判据 ,得出了直接计算等效端淬距离的算法 ;并按圆棒的直径分段回归了等效端淬距离与圆棒直径、淬火烈度的关系式。用等效硬度法对推出的分段等效端淬距离公式进行了校验。
The calculation method of calculating the equivalent end quenching distance is proposed. The concept of hardenability sensitive interval was proposed for the first time. The two-dimensional nonlinear transient temperature field of one-dimensional and one end quenched samples was simulated by computer, and the same cooling time in the hardenability sensitive interval The algorithm of calculating the equivalent end quenching distance is directly calculated; and the relationship between the equivalent end quenching distance and the diameter of the round bar and the quenching intensity is regressed according to the diameter of the round bar. Equivalent hardness method is introduced to verify the equivalent segment end quench distance formula.
