“班级管理精细化”是指对待每一项工作要精心,每一个环节要精细,把每一项工作都力争做成精品。班级精细化具体包括五个方面:1.班级文化精细化;2.情感培养精细化;3.班级事务精细化;4.效果呈现精细化;5.评价指标精细化。实现班级精细化管理不能孤立地逐项落实,在日常管理中融汇精细化管理的理念,突出管理重点,持之以恒,最终塑造理想的班级文化,将“以人为本”的理念落实到班级管理中来,努力培养学生的五大意识:
