一 产业结构失衡是引起和加剧通货膨胀的重要原因 1.1 一般而言,一国出现持续的物价总水平的连续上涨,其最直接的原因总是总需求过度膨胀,从而引致货币超量发行。从这个角度而言,我国的通货膨胀也是一种需求拉起型的通货膨胀。然而,也要看到,不仅总量失衡背后还有更深的体制与结构原因,而直我国的通货膨胀本身既有总量失衡引致的价格上涨,也有结构失衡拉起的物价上升。
An Imbalance of Industrial Structure Is an Important Cause for Inflating and Exacerbating Inflation 1.1 In general, the continuous rise of a country’s overall general price level has always been accompanied by an over-expansion in total demand that has led to over-issuance of money. From this perspective, our country’s inflation is also a demand-pull inflation. However, we must also see that not only is there any deeper institutional and structural reasons behind the imbalance in gross domestic product, but inflation in our own country has both the price rise caused by the imbalance in gross output and the rise in prices caused by structural imbalances.
