对于一片12.67km~2荒芜的新区,合肥政务文化中心的建设担负着提升城市发展和激发城市活力的使命。当时国内大多数行政建筑的功能单一、与公众生活对立的现象非常普遍。我们在设计之初首先着眼于如何提高政府为民的服务效率与品质,进而将政府办公、市民服务、会议展览、公其文化等多元内容融为一体,整合在这座体量巨大的综合体建筑之中。“高效”成为我们在这个项目中关注的酋要原则。设计的总体布局采用“圆形”为基形,以中央阳光大厅为核,中心层层向外扩展,虚实空间交替层叠,既可以创造出富有层次与变化的空间感受,
For a 12.67km ~ 2 deserted new area, the construction of Hefei Government Cultural Center is charged with the mission of promoting urban development and stimulating the city’s vitality.
