目的:探讨足月新生儿脐血血脂水平与婴儿期体格发育的关系。方法:选择501例自然经阴道分娩的足月健康新生儿,分别测定脐血总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的水平。追踪随访至婴儿12月龄时,根据营养状况分为肥胖组、标准组及营养不良组,分别评价各组间婴儿出生时的脐血血脂水平。结果:肥胖组TCH为(1.76±0.85)mmol/L,TG为(0.43±0.42)mmol/L,HDL-C为(1.15±0.53)mmol/L;标准组TCH为(1.56±0.71)mmol/L,TG为(0.38±0.38)mmol/L,LDL-C为(0.99±0.41)mmol/L,HDL-C为(1.07±0.38)mmol/L,营养不良组TCH为(1.66±0.50)mmol/L,TG为(0.49±0.44)mmol/L,LDL-C为(0.98±0.33)mmol/L,HDL-C为(1.19±0.55)mml/L。LDL-C为(0.88±0.42)三组婴儿出生时脐血血脂值均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:脐血血脂水平与婴儿期体格发育无明显关系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between umbilical blood lipid levels in term neonates and physical development during infancy. Methods: A total of 501 full-term healthy newborn infants born vaginally were enrolled in this study. TCH, TG, LDL-C and HDL- C) level. Follow-up until infancy 12 months of age, according to nutritional status were divided into obesity group, standard group and malnutrition group, respectively, to assess the level of umbilical blood serum of infants born between groups. Results The TCH in obese group was (1.76 ± 0.85) mmol / L, TG was (0.43 ± 0.42) mmol / L and HDL-C was 1.15 ± 0.53 mmol / (0.38 ± 0.38) mmol / L, (0.99 ± 0.41) mmol / L LDL-C and (1.07 ± 0.38) mmol / L HDL- / L, TG was (0.49 ± 0.44) mmol / L, LDL-C was (0.98 ± 0.33) mmol / L and HDL-C was (1.19 ± 0.55) mml / L. LDL-C (0.88 ± 0.42) three groups of infants born with umbilical blood lipid values were no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between umbilical blood lipid levels and physical development during infancy.
