目的:了解噪声对坦克兵听力的影响,为防治噪声性听力损失提供科学依据。方法:设计坦克兵听力防护调查表,通过问卷调查了解坦克兵训练后常见症状,并进行纯音听阈测试,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:46.3%的官兵训练后有自觉症状;34.5%达到噪声性听力损失的早期诊断标准;以0.5、1、2kHz3个频率和0.5、1、2、4kHz4个频率语频平均听阈分级,有听力损失的分别为23.2%和31.8%。结论:噪声对坦克兵心理、生理均可造成一定影响,应积极采取综合防护措施。
Objective: To understand the impact of noise on the hearing of tank soldiers and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of noise-induced hearing loss. Methods: To design a questionnaire on the hearing protection of tank soldiers, to understand the common symptoms after tank soldiers training through questionnaire survey, and pure tone audiometry test to make statistical analysis on the results. Results: 46.3% of the officers and men had symptoms after training; 34.5% achieved the early diagnostic criteria of noise-induced hearing loss; the average hearing threshold was graded by 0.5,1,2kHz3 frequencies and 0.5,1,2,4kHz 4-frequency audible frequencies Losses were 23.2% and 31.8% respectively. Conclusion: Noise can cause some impact on the psychology and physiology of tank soldiers, and should take comprehensive protective measures.
