本研究采用新的改良的染色体制备法,对20例妇科实体肿瘤,包括12例宫颈癌,4例宫体癌和4例卵巢癌进行了细胞遗传学分析。结果显示:几乎所有肿瘤中均存在染色体数量异常和结构畸变。非整倍体发生于所有病例,变异范围由低二倍体至高四倍体。结构畸变最多见于第1,2,3,4,5,11和17号染色体,第1号染色体长臂及第8和11号染色体短臂的部分缺失见于不同的病例中。发生断裂点的某几个染色体区带中,可能是一些瘤基因的位点所在。
In this study, a new modified chromosome preparation method was used to analyze the cytogenetics of 20 cases of gynecological solid tumors, including 12 cases of cervical cancer, 4 cases of uterine cancer and 4 cases of ovarian cancer. The results show that: almost all tumors are present in the number of chromosomal abnormalities and structural aberrations. Aneuploidies occur in all cases, ranging from low to high tetraploids. The most common structural aberrations were found on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11 and 17, with partial deletion of the short arm of Chromosome 1 and Chromosome 8 and 11 found in different cases. A few chromosomal bands at the point of breakage may be the site of some of the oncogenes.
