1989年3月11日,上海东方工贸经营公司技术工程部开发研制的DFC 型节油消烟器,经国家内燃机质量监督检测中心在6135-1a 型车用柴油机上进行了对比测试。消烟、节油效果显著:在各种转速、负荷,尤其是在50%标定功率以上的各种转速区域内,采用DFC 型节油消烟器后,燃油消耗率均有降低,最大油耗降低量为8.4g/kw·h,最大烟度降低量为1.85BSU,发动机的功率、扭矩亦有所提高.
