左炔诺酮硅胶棒为我院利用国产原材料开发成功的Norplant仿制品,于1994年9月30日通过了国家新药审评。国内外对Norplant临床效果和临床生化等方面进行了不少的观察和报道。本研究对长期使用左炔诺酮硅胶棒妇女肝功能指标进行测定,为长期用药的安全性提供参考依据。 材料与方法 一、研究对象 1.观察组 使用左炔诺酮埋植剂在48～88个月后要求取出埋植剂的妇女,平均年龄36(32～42)岁。 2.对照组 来本院要求放置皮下埋植剂的妇女,平均年龄34(25～38)岁,体检合格,放置术前采
