“一带一路”战略是在经济全球化与区域经济一体化的背景下提出的,它的提出势必对沿线的生态环境造成一定的影响。经贸合作的背景下多方利益纠葛,矛盾不可避免。我国在实施“一带一路”战略的过程中,需要在马克思主义生态观的指导下,加强国际合作,避免资本扩张引起的生态冲突,只有如此才能化解矛盾,在推进“一带一路”战略建设的同时,实现“绿色丝绸之路”。
The strategy of “One Belt, One Road” is put forward against the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration. Its proposal is bound to exert some influence on the ecological environment along the line. Under the background of economic and trade cooperation, multiple interests are entangled and conflicts are inevitable. In the process of implementing the strategy of “One Belt and One Road”, our country needs to strengthen international cooperation and avoid ecological conflicts caused by capital expansion under the guidance of the Marxist ecological concept. Only in this way can we resolve the contradictions and promote the development of the “Belt and Road” At the same time of strategic construction, realize “Green Silk Road”.
