各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市人民政府,国务院各部委、各直属机构,中国证券监督管理委员会:为了切实做好一九九三年股票发行工作,国务院证券委员会制定了《关于一九九三年股票发售与认购办法的意见》,经国务院同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。现就有关问题通知如下:一、各地可在坚持公开、公平、公正原则,防止徇私舞弊,保证社会安定的前提下,选择《意见》中确定的认购办法;若选择其他发售认购方式,应与中国证券监督管理委员会商定。二、国库券缴库任务未完成的地区,不得发售申请表,更不得发售股票。
