党的十八大报告提出:“到2020年,实现国内生产总值和城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番”。这是我们党首次明确提出居民收入倍增目标居民收入倍增既是全面建成小康社会的具体量化指标,又是我们党对幸福民生的庄严承诺,还是加快科学发展的动力源泉。当前,如何贯彻落实这一精神,率先实现收入倍增,就成为地方需要思考和回答的重大课题对这个课题,特提出大力推进工资集体协商,促进唐山市率先实现收入倍增的七大举措。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress put forward: “By 2020, GDP per capita and per capita income of urban and rural residents will double than in 2010”. This is the first time that our party made it clear that double the income growth of residents to double the target income is not only a specific quantitative indicator of building an overall well-to-do society, but also our party's solemn promise to happiness and livelihood, or a source of momentum for accelerating scientific development. At present, how to implement this spirit and take the lead in achieving doubled income has become a major issue that local governments need to think and answer. On this issue, they have proposed seven major measures that vigorously promote wage collective bargaining and promote the first double-income earning in Tangshan City.
