针对高速公路征地补偿制度不完善的问题,指出目前的高速公路征地补偿标准偏低,补偿方式不科学,补偿金管理与发放过程中截留情况严重。提出了让农民参与征地补偿过程,改变单一的一次性货币补偿方式,提高补偿标准,实行差额补偿制度等相关对策。
Aiming at the problem of imperfect land expropriation compensation system of expressway, it is pointed out that the current compensation standard for expropriation of expressway is low, the method of compensation is unscientific, and the interception of compensation fund is very serious. Proposed to allow farmers to participate in the process of compensation for land expropriation, change a single one-time monetary compensation, improve the compensation standards, the implementation of the balance of compensation system and other related measures.
