在初中思品教学中,后进生的概念应当进行科学界定,主要指学习态度不端正、学习能力较差以及思想与行为发展方面存在着一定问题的双后进学生,这与语数外等学科后进生的定义有着截然不同。在思品教学中,教师应当重视后进生转化,不仅要端正学生的学习态度,提高学生学习能力,而且要对学生身上存在的思想与行为等方面问题进行引导纠正,让他们保持正确的理念,并控制好自己的言行,健康地成长。本文主要针对思品教学如何促进后进生转化进行简要分析。
