高层建筑物深基坑施工过程中,由于基坑开挖、周边荷载增加、机械震动等因素而导致基坑变形,甚至坍塌。通过对其沉降与水平位移监测,可以有效的掌握基坑随着时间的沉降与水平位移变形规律,从而为基坑的施工与安全提供可靠的数据保证。本文以南通市某小区某建筑物基坑的沉降与水平位移观测为例,就其方案设计、沉降观测、水平位移监测、监测成果的提交等方面作出介绍。
During the construction of deep foundation pit of high-rise building, the foundation pit deforms or even collapses due to the excavation of foundation pit, the increase of surrounding load, mechanical vibration and other factors. Through the monitoring of settlement and horizontal displacement, the law of settlement and horizontal displacement of foundation pit can be grasped effectively, so as to provide reliable data guarantee for the construction and safety of foundation pit. In this paper, the settlement and horizontal displacement observation of a building foundation pit in a district of Nantong City is taken as an example to introduce the scheme design, settlement observation, horizontal displacement monitoring and the submission of monitoring results.
