就66一10空压机气阀阀片运动实例,介绍了运动曲线的涡流测定法。试验研究了漏磁及其所形成的附加涡流E_（n）对测量的影响,证实了E_（n）可使测量灵敏度下降,测量范围R_（a）扩大。实验证明涡流法测量是成功的。
66 to 10 air compressor valve flap motion examples, describes the movement curve of eddy current method. The influence of the leakage flux and the additional eddy current E_ (n) formed on the measurement is studied. It is confirmed that E_ (n) can reduce the measurement sensitivity and enlarge the measuring range R_ (a). Experiments show that the eddy current measurement is successful.
