5月20日至6月6日,我们在林若同志的率领下赴江苏、浙江、上海参观学习,先后到了南京、扬州、无锡、苏州、张家港、杭州、宁波、绍兴、萧山、温州等市和上海浦东区,走马观花。这次所到江浙两省几个市,多是我们十年前曾到过的地方。总的感觉这两省一市近10年来经济建设发展快,后劲足,精神文明建设搞得好,呈现一派奋发向上,励精图治的气势。我们印象深刻,认为值得我省学习的有以下几个方面。(一)重视农业,重视耕地保护。这次我们走过的都是乡镇企业发达的地方,可是沿途公路两旁基本上看不到丢荒闲置的耕地,开发区需占用土地坚持建设一片就征用
