我矿目前开采的矿段为一缓倾斜中厚矿体,有上、下两层矿,平均厚度分别为5.78米和3.16米,且区内断层发育,对开采中的贫化损失管理十分不利。为努力减少矿石的贫化与损失,我们从改进采矿方法、穿爆工艺、机械设备、管理与计量等方面入手,取得了一定效果,使近四年的贫损指标均在5%以下(参见下表),保证了较高的矿石质量,
