采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某矿应力场进行模拟分析,主要得出:煤层推进过程中煤岩应力分布为三个区域:应力降低区、应力升高区、原岩应力区;开采解放层是煤层卸压的有效措施;煤柱对下层煤层的影响,并确定煤柱对煤层的影响范围。ANSYS能较好模拟出煤岩应力场,模拟结果可为工作面开采设计提供理论指导,对采场巷道选择支护形式和支护参数等具有一定的意义。
The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to simulate the stress field of a mine. The main conclusions are as follows: The stress distribution of coal and rock in the process of coal seam propulsion is three regions: stress reduction zone, stress rise zone and original rock stress zone; Effective measures to relieve pressure in coal seam; influence of coal pillar on lower seam and determine the influence range of coal pillar to coal seam. ANSYS can better simulate the stress field of coal and rock, and the simulation results can provide theoretical guidance for the mining face design, which has certain significance to the choice of support form and support parameters of the roadway.
