本文应用光镜、扫描及透射电镜对20例正常发育的人胚胎肾脏(8~28周)进行观察。结果表明:①肾小管的发育与肾小体发育相一致。②肾小管分化发育大致分为未分化期、分化期和成熟期3个阶段。③胚胎第8周近、远端小管已形成,第10周已有小管发育较好。④胚胎期近端小管上皮细胞可观察到一种大小、密度不同的胞质颗位。⑤肾小管尿极的壁层上皮与近端小管上皮之间有一明显过渡区。⑥集合管、近端、远端小管均可见明、暗两种类型上皮细胞。
In this paper, 20 normal human embryonic kidney (8 ~ 28 weeks) were observed by light microscope, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that: ① tubule development and renal development are consistent. ② The development of renal tubules is divided into undifferentiated, differentiated and mature stages. ③ embryos around the first 8 weeks, the distal tubule has been formed, the first 10 weeks of tubule development is better. ④ proximal embryonic tubular epithelial cells can be observed in a size, density of different cytoplasmic sites. ⑤ tubular urinary urinary parietal epithelium and proximal tubule epithelium between a clear transitional zone. ⑥ collection tube, proximal and distal tubules are visible, dark two types of epithelial cells.
