目的探讨并分析目前我国在院药师的工作现状,促进其职能转变。方法对笔者所在地区15家正规医院的在院药师工作现状及临床工作对药学服务的需求进行考察分析,探索药师职能的体现。结果在院药师每天要面临大量的调配任务,其专业知识得不到及时的补充与提高,专业职能得不到充分发挥,加之临床知识的匮乏促成了行业职能的缺失。结论医药科技和社会的发展,迫切要求医院药学转型,药师提高自身素质,从工作模式和技术水平上实现自身职能的转变。
Objective To explore and analyze the current status of pharmacists in China and promote the transformation of their functions. Methods The current situation of in-hospital pharmacists in 15 regular hospitals in the author’s area and the demand of pharmacy services in clinical work were investigated and analyzed to explore the manifestation of pharmacist’s functions. Results In the hospital pharmacists face a lot of daily deployment tasks, their professional knowledge can not be supplemented and improved in time, professional functions can not be fully realized, combined with the lack of clinical knowledge contributed to the lack of industry functions. Conclusion The development of medical science and technology and society urgently require the transformation of pharmacy in hospitals. Physicians should improve their own quality and change their functions from the working mode and technical level.
