本实验观察到木防已碱(Tr)对小鼠自主活动有明显的抑制作用。本品与阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠或水合氯醛合并应用,呈协同作用,与咖啡因苯胺合用,呈拮抗作用Tr虽不能阻止士的宁及戊四氮惊厥的发作,但能推迟出现惊厥的潜伏期和延长士的宁致小鼠死亡的时间。文献报道本品有镇痛作用本文以小鼠烫尾法试验也重现了Tr的这一效能,并用侧脑室微量给药的方法证明其作用部位可能在由枢,以往的研究观察到本品
In this experiment, it was observed that wood anti-alkali (Tr) has a significant inhibitory effect on the autonomous activity of mice.
