最近在沈阳第一机床厂技术学校现场就出现了这样的怪现象:100多名技校新生中,有60多名是手中握着大学文凭的大学生。大学生回炉上技校已成为最近两年来的普遍现象,这一方面说明一些高校专业设置的不合理,一味追求所谓的热门专业,另一方面也说明了,学历不再是就业的敲门砖。因为冷门专业里依然可以出热门人才,热门专业里,依然有不能就业的冷僻人物。在这个前提下,再来谈所谓的专业就业趋势,所谓的热门冷门,才是最客观最科学的态度。
