退变性颈椎失稳的X线表现及临床意义

对４６例临床上有颈椎失稳症状者及３０例无颈部症状者拍颈椎最大屈伸位，中立侧位片，测量颈椎弧弦距，颈椎最大屈伸范围，椎体角度位移及水平位移。结果发现症状组弧弦度明显变小（Ｐ＜０００１），颈椎弧度变直甚至反曲。最大屈伸活动度变小（Ｐ＜００１），角度及水平位移增（Ｐ＜０００１）。说明有关失稳症状者的Ｘ线片有失稳改变。

In 46 cases of clinical cervical instability symptoms and 30 cases without neck symptoms, the maximal flexion and extension position of cervical vertebrae and neutral lateral radiographs were taken. The maximal flexion and extension range of cervical vertebra, the vertebral angle displacement and horizontal displacement were measured. The results showed that the arc group was significantly smaller (P <0001), cervical curvature straight or even curved. The maximal flexion and extension activities became smaller (P <001) and the angles and horizontal displacements increased (P <0001). Explain the symptoms of instability X-ray films have instability change.
