陇南地区地处甘肃南部,位于甘、陕、川三省交界之处,属长江流域,总面积2.79万平方公里,人口268万,辖9县242个乡镇。境内山大沟深,交通不便,全区9县有7个国列贫困县,经济总量规模偏小,在甘肃省14个市州地综合经济实力排名中位列第12位。近年来,陇南地区积极实施特色立区、工业强区、科教兴区、民营富区、追赶式、非均衡发展六大战略,以“一路四化”(公路建设、工业化、产业化、生态化、城镇化)为重点,加快经济发展步伐,各项建设得到了长足发展。反映在国税工作
