目的通过应用脑神经促通仪对慢性脑缺血的治疗,观察临床症状改善和经颅多普勒超声(TCD)改善的情况。方法应用成都迪康医用数字设备公司生产的D/NSJ-I脑神经促通仪进行治疗,据病情选择不同的处方,45min/次,10次为1个疗程。应用TCD监测治疗前后血流速度。结果治疗后临床症状明显改善,头痛由89%降至13%、头晕由96%降至15%、失眠由60%降至9%、健忘由28%降至9%。治疗前后血流速度的改善有非常显著的差异,单个患者最高血流速度增加67.6%。结论脑神经促通仪对表现头痛、头晕、失眠、记忆力减退的脑缺血、脑损伤患者,通过改善脑供血,可以起到良好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and the improvement of transcranial Doppler echocardiography (TCD) through the treatment of chronic cerebral ischemia with cranial nerve conduction instrument. Methods D / NSJ-I cranial nerve conduction instrument manufactured by Chengdu Dekang Medical Digital Equipment Company was used for treatment. According to the condition, different prescriptions were chosen, 45min / time and 10 times as a course of treatment. TCD monitoring of blood flow velocity before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved. Headache was reduced from 89% to 13%, dizziness from 96% to 15%, insomnia from 60% to 9% and forgetfulness from 28% to 9%. There was a very significant difference in the improvement of blood flow before and after treatment, with a single patient with a 67.6% increase in the maximum blood flow rate. Conclusion Cerebral nerve conduction instrument can play a good therapeutic effect on cerebral ischemia and brain injury in patients with headache, dizziness, insomnia and memory loss by improving brain blood supply.
