根据锤击力作用的特点,建立了锤击消除焊接应力的有限元数学模型,利用该模型对白口铸铁焊补过程进行了实例分析;应用力学和金属学理论,探讨了锤击处理消除焊接应力的机制.研究结果表明:锤击作用在合适的规范下,可以有效的消除焊接残余应力,防止裂纹的产生
According to the characteristics of hammering force, a finite element mathematical model of hammering eliminating welding stress is established. By using this model, the welding process of white cast iron is analyzed. The mechanics and metallogenetic theory are used to study the effect of hammering treatment on eliminating welding stress Mechanisms. The results show that the hammering action under the proper specifications can effectively eliminate the welding residual stress and prevent the occurrence of cracks
