松弛素是与妊娠密切相关的生殖激素,其分泌与调节对妊娠的许多环节产生影响。在生殖系统组织中的生物学效应与环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)代谢紧密相关,胚胎植入过程中松弛素在胚胎与内膜的识别、内膜蜕膜样改变及血管形成等方面均起重要作用。近期将人重组松弛素用于灵长动物的体外受精(IVF)程序,显著提高了胚胎种植率,提示应用松弛素改善胚胎种植环境,提高妊娠率和治疗自然流产的可能性。
Relaxin is closely related to pregnancy reproductive hormones, its secretion and regulation of many aspects of pregnancy have an impact. The biological effects in reproductive system tissues are closely related to cAMP metabolism. During embryo implantation, relaxin plays an important role in embryo and endometrial identification, endometrial decidual-like changes and angiogenesis effect. The recent use of human recombinant relaxin in primate IVF procedures significantly improved embryo implantation rates, suggesting the potential of using relaxin to improve embryo implantation, improve pregnancy rates, and treat spontaneous abortion.
