目的:建立青少年骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者CT三维重建模型,测量、分析颅面形态的三维特征,比较两侧的对称性,为骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者非对称性生长发育的早期诊断、治疗及预测提供参考。方法:对19例骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者(7~16岁)头颅进行螺旋CT扫描,在Mimics10.01软件工作站上进行图像重建和三维测量(共21个指标),对结果进行左右配对t检验。结果:颧弓-sagittal;颧骨-sagittal;颧额缝-sagittal的距离3项指标左、右侧有统计学差异。结论:Mimics软件可用于处理三维CT资料并量化分析生长发育过程中颅颌面的形态变化;青少年骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者颧骨相关的某些解剖结构右侧发育优于左侧。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a three-dimensional (3D) CT reconstruction model of skeletal Class Ⅲ patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion, to measure and analyze the three-dimensional features of the craniofacial morphology and to compare the symmetry of both sides for the early diagnosis of asymmetric skeletal Class Ⅲ patients. Treatment and prognosis provide a reference. METHODS: Twenty-nine patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion (aged 7-16 years) underwent spiral CT scans. Image reconstructions and three-dimensional measurements were performed on Mimics 10.01 software workstation (a total of 21 indicators), and the results were matched left and right t test. Results: The zygomatic arch-sagittal; zygomatic-sagittal; zygomatic frontal-sagittal distance between the three indicators left and right statistically significant. Conclusion: The Mimics software can be used to process three-dimensional CT data and quantitatively analyze the morphological changes of the craniomaxillofacial surface during the growth and development. The anatomical structures related to the zygomatic bone in adolescent skeletal Class Ⅲ patients develop better than the left ones.
