乡村债务化解工作进展缓慢,已成为当前新农村建设中的难点。从2005年开始,黑龙江在绥化市9县1区开展化解乡村公益性债务奖励试点工作,目前,安排财政奖补资金7928万元,支持绥化市化解乡村公益性债务2.6亿元。
The slow progress in resolving the rural debt has become a difficult point in the current new rural construction. Since 2005, Heilongjiang has carried out pilot projects of solving public welfare debts in 9 districts and 1 districts of Suihua City. At present, 79.28 million yuan is allocated for financial awards and subsidies and 260 million yuan is for Suihua City to resolve rural public welfare debts.
