面对目前国内钢材市场不锈钢管滞销的状况,,第一钢厂积极调整产品结构,瞄准市场大力开发适销对路的产品,以适应激烈的市场竞争,走出了一条以品种求效益的新路子.自1993年四季度成功开发生产摩托车用40Cr钢管后,今年初又成功开发生产了15CrMo高压锅炉管.15CrMo钢管显微组织为铁素体加珠光体组织,具有良好的加工性能和焊接性能.近年来,随着我国电力和能源工业的迅速发展,锅炉用管需求日益增加.自去年下半年以来,钢管车间面临合同不足,原材料、能源紧张,钢管市场疲软等严峻考验,不进则退,工程技术人员本着研究市场,服从市场,服务市场的精神,做了大量的研究工作,制订出15CrMo试制生产工艺方案,并在生产实践中不断改进完善.首批生产的15CrMo管有两个规格:(?)51mm×8mm×2.2m定倍尺、(?)51mm×6mm×8m以上,金属成材率(坯一材)达到63.90%,钢管物理性能及尺寸公差均达到GB5310—85标准的要求.高压锅炉管的开发生产,为今后一厂大批量生产高压锅炉管完善钢管产品结构做了有益的探索和技术储备.本文介绍了钢管车间按GB5310—85高压锅炉管标准生产15CrMo管的生产工艺,重点阐述了生产过程中针对各主要生产工序所采取的技术措施和对生产工艺不断完善的情况,并提出了几点建议和措施.
