HRP注入大鼠一侧终纹床核,存活48小时,再将1%Formalin导入胃内造成内脏伤害刺激,存活2小时后,灌注取材.对延髓切片进行HRP是色和抗FOS(ABC法)、抗TH(PAP法)免疫组化反应的三重反应.在光镜下发现“延髓内脏带”内出现七种阳性细胞,包括HRP阳性、TH和FOS免疫反应阳性;TH/HRP、FOS/HRP、FOS/TH等双重阳性以及FOS/HRP/TH三重反应阳性细胞.这些阳性细胞主要见于内脏带背内侧部的孤束核,其次是腹外侧区的腹外侧网状核(VLR),中间部较少.TH和FOS免疫阳性细胞以及TH/FOS双重阳性细胞为双侧分布,HRP/FOS、HRP/TH以及HRP/TH/FOS阳性细胞也为双侧分布但以注射区同侧为多。

TH and FOS immunoreactive cells and TH / FOS double positive cells were bilaterally distributed. HRP / FOS, HRP / TH and HRP / TH / FOS positive cells were also bilaterally distributed but more often in the ipsilateral injection zone.
