目的:观察养阴截断方治疗糖尿病性脑内微小病变的效果。方法:选择糖尿病性脑内微小病变60例,按照入组时间随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均给予相同的基础治疗,包括控制血压、血糖水平等。观察组在此基础上口服本院中药制剂养阴截断方,加工成100目粉剂,每次6 g,每天2次,水冲服;对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片0.1 g,每晚1次口服。两组均3个月为1个疗程,保证服药时间不少于2个疗程。分别在治疗3个月和6个月时比较两组头颅磁共振(MRI)脑内微小病变数目、糖化血红蛋白及三酰甘油水平。结果:治疗前两组脑内微小病变数量差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗3个月、6个月,两组脑内微小病变数量均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗6个月,观察组脑内微小病变数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油水平均差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗3个月、6个月,两组糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油水平均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗6个月,观察组糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴截断方可改善糖尿病性脑内微小病变患者脑内微小病变数量,并可调节糖化血红蛋白及三酰甘油水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of yin yin cutoff in the treatment of diabetic intracerebral micro-lesion. Methods: Sixty diabetic patients with minimal intracranial lesions were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Both groups were given the same basic treatment, including control of blood pressure, blood glucose levels. On the basis of this, the observation group orally took the yin yin truncated prescription of Chinese traditional medicine in our hospital and processed it into 100-mesh powder, 6 g each time, twice daily and water. The control group was given 0.1 g aspirin enteric-coated tablets orally once daily. Both groups were 3 months for a course of treatment, to ensure that medication time of not less than 2 courses. The number of cranial magnetic resonance (MRI) intracerebral lesions, glycated hemoglobin and triglyceride levels were compared between the two groups at 3 and 6 months of treatment, respectively. Results: There was no significant difference in the numbers of intracerebral micro-lesions in the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After 3 months and 6 months of treatment, the numbers of intracerebral micro-lesions in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the number of micro-lesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the two groups of glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride levels were not significantly different (P> 0.05). After 3 months and 6 months of treatment, the levels of HbA1c and triglyceride in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the levels of HbA1c and triglyceride in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group Group (P <0.05). Conclusion: YINYIN truncated can improve the number of micro-lesions in patients with diabetic intracerebral lesions and regulate the levels of HbA1c and triglyceride.
