面对纷繁的图书管理系统,科研图书馆如何定位?如何更好地为科研服务?辽宁社会科学院于1996年推出为科研服务的网络化图书信息服务系统。该系统针对科研图书馆的工作性质及科研读者群的特殊性,采用新的通信技术、网络技术和多媒体数据库技术,建立了一套高效灵活的含用户自升级的程序,该程序基本实现了为科研人员提供实用有效信息服务的目标。
Faced with numerous library management system, how to locate the research library? How to better serve the scientific research? Liaoning Academy of Social Sciences in 1996 launched a network of research services for the library information service system. In view of the nature of the research library and the particularity of the research readership, the system uses a new communication technology, network technology and multimedia database technology to establish a set of highly efficient and flexible program with user self-upgrade. The program basically implements Researchers to provide practical and effective information services goals.
