随着时代的发展,社会的分工细化,社会运转所需要的劳动力也日益增加。向来主张男耕女织的中国社会在面对快节奏发展趋势时也不可避免地发生了变化。根据最新调查结果显示,中国女性就业率高达73%,从某种程度上来说,职业女性在中国社会中,确实顶起了半边天,这在各种媒体上也慢慢得到证实。中国职业女性受到的也限制不少,发展较慢,可以参考借鉴西方职业女性发展的经验与教训。中国职业女性的发展之路还有很长的路要走。
