The West German Technical Guidelines are Chinese translations of a set of guiding technical documents prepared and published by the Society of Engineers of the West Germany, a well-known academic institution in the world. It summarizes and applies the existing theoretical achievements and practical experience to guide the mechanical engineering technicians to deal with the finger pointing problems in an economical and reasonable manner.
