本文讨论了轮式拖拉机单机行驶的乘坐振动问题。将车辆视为双输入双输出线性系统,以地面谱作为振动输入,建立了整机一维三自由度的简化力学-数学模型,在此基础上研制出轮式拖拉机单机行驶乘坐振动分析的通用软件——RVASSPO。该软件能实现整机的行驶平顺性分析,以 ISO 2631人体承受全身振动评价标准为依据,建立寻求座椅最佳安装点及座椅悬架最优参数的目标函数,用优化方法实现座位安装点及座椅悬架参数的合理选择。针对上海-50、铁牛-55、Fiat 80-90 DT拖拉机参数,使 RVASSPO 程序运行,获得了满意的结果。
This article discusses the ride vibration of a wheeled tractor traveling alone. Considering the vehicle as a two-input and two-output linear system, a simplified mechanics-mathematic model of one-dimensional and three-degree-of-freedom machine is established by taking the ground spectrum as vibration input. Based on this, a universal Software - RVASSPO. The software can realize the ride comfort analysis of the whole machine and establish the objective function to seek the optimal parameters of the seat and the seat suspension based on the ISO 2631 human body to withstand the whole body vibration evaluation standard, Point and seat suspension parameters of a reasonable choice. For the Shanghai-50, Tieniu-55, Fiat 80-90 DT tractor parameters, the RVASSPO program was run with satisfactory results.
