目的总结妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床症状、诊疗方法和疗效。方法对2000年1月-2010年12月妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的我院住院患者33例进行回顾分析。结果 33例全部早期诊断,手术治疗28例,保守治疗5例,无误诊病例。33例全部治愈出院,术后保胎成功母婴结局良好。结论妊娠合并急性阑尾炎由于孕妇特殊的解剖生理改变,使得某些急性阑尾炎临床表现不典型,增加诊断难度,从而延误治疗及危及母婴生命。早期诊断和及时处理对预后有重要影响,可以有效降低母婴并发症。
Objective To summarize the clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment methods and curative effect of acute appendicitis in pregnancy. Methods From January 2000 to December 2010, 33 pregnant women with acute appendicitis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 33 cases were diagnosed early, 28 cases were treated surgically and 5 cases were conservatively treated. There were no cases of misdiagnosis. 33 cases were cured and discharged, postoperative miscarriage successfully maternal and child outcomes are good. Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis due to the special anatomical and physiological changes in pregnant women, making some of the clinical manifestations of acute appendicitis is not typical, increasing the difficulty of diagnosis, thus delaying the treatment and endangering mother and infant life. Early diagnosis and timely treatment have a significant impact on prognosis, which can effectively reduce the maternal and infant complications.
