目的 检测鼻咽癌不同组织类型中bcl -2及c -myc的表达 ,探讨其与鼻咽癌组织分化的关系。方法 按1991年 ,WHO鼻咽癌组织分类标准 ,随机选取低分化鳞状细胞癌 (PDSC) 2 7例、分化型非角化性癌 (DNKC) 3 5例及未分化型非角化性癌 (UNKC) 3 8例活检存档标本 ,用免疫组化方法检测鼻咽癌细胞中bcl-2、c -myc的表达。结果 bcl-2在PDSC、DNKC及UNKC中的阳性率分别为 85 2 %、80 %及 84 2 % ;c -myc在PDSC、DNKC及UNKC中的阳性表达率81 5 %、76 5 %及 78 9% ,其中包括细胞核或细胞浆染色阳性。bcl -2、c -myc在PDSC、DNKC及UNKC中的表达差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 鼻咽癌不同组织类型中bcl -2及c -myc的表达无显著性差异 ,提示bcl -2及c -myc过度表达与鼻咽癌的组织分化无关
Objective To detect the expression of bcl-2 and c-myc in different tissue types of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and explore its relationship with the differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods According to WHO classification criteria for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in 1991, 27 patients with poorly-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (PDSC), 35 patients with differentiated non-keratinizing carcinoma (DNKC), and undifferentiated non-keratinizing carcinoma were randomly selected. (UNKC) 38 biopsy archives were used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and c-myc in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of bcl-2 in PDSC, DNKC and UNKC were 85 2%, 80% and 84 2% respectively. The positive rates of c-myc in PDSC, DNKC and UNKC were 81.5%, 76.5% and 78. 9%, including nucleus or cytoplasm staining positive. There was no significant difference in the expression of bcl-2 and c-myc in PDSC, DNKC and UNKC (P > 0 05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the expression of bcl-2 and c-myc in different tissue types of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, suggesting that the overexpression of bcl-2 and c-myc is not related to the differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
