在机车车辆检修中,按铁道部规定,必须对车轴施行六面磁粉探伤。探伤转轮装置能否准确有效地使轮对依次按六等分旋转一周,是防止磁粉探伤漏探的首要条件。以往的转轮装置由于难以保证车轴转动的准确性,往往影响探伤质量。所以我们改进了原来的位置,对转轮机构的转速做了调整,采用了时间控制方式。使轮对转速控制在16转/分以下,以避免轮对旋转产生的较大惯性。时间控制电路的原理如图所示。
