对于位移度的测量,《航空标准化》刊物上发表过几篇有关文章,使我们很受启发。比如:对侧边有基准的成组要素位移度测量,我们已经用于生产中。但是,文章中所介绍的对孔组以自身理想图形为基准时的位移度测量方法,都比较麻烦。不但难以掌握,而且很费工时。所以我们参照《航空标准化》上的有关文章,结合我厂的实际情况,总结出了一种简易测量方法,现介绍如下,供参考和讨论。
We have been very much inspired by the publication of several articles in the Journal of Aeronautical Standardization on the measurement of displacement. For example: on the side of the benchmark group of elements displacement measurement, we have been used in production. However, the method described in the article to measure the degree of displacement of a hole group based on its own ideal figure is troublesome. Not only difficult to grasp, but also a lot of man-hours. Therefore, we refer to “Aviation Standardization” on the article, combined with the actual situation in our plant, summed up a simple measurement method, are presented below, for reference and discussion.
